Call List

The Call List has replaced our old “Rank by Score” report and will open in a new browser tab when you click on it from the Open-Click Reports section.

Email recipients can be found in the Call List if they have opened the email you sent them.

Swiftpage gives each recipient in the Call List a number score and a rank (Hot, Warm, Mild) based on their interaction with your email.

The scoring and ranking of recipients is completely customizable, however the default values are as follows:

1st Open = 10 points
Subsequent Opens = 4 points
1st Click = 40 points
Subsequent Clicks = 25 points

The rankings are created from the percent of scores allotted and consist of the following recipients:
Hot = top 15% of scores
Warm = middle 25% of scores
Mild = bottom 60% of scores
