Saleslogix Customer Success Supervisor

Summary

This position provides operational and administrative leadership for a team of Saleslogix Product Specialists that provides consistent, high quality support to Saleslogix Customers. The position serves as a member of the support management team who engage in collaborative decision-making while promoting process efficiency and consistency. It maximizes staff potential with continued skill development with on- going customer feedback as a primary driver and creates a collaborative and supportive team environment.
