The Technical Support and Customer Care Specialist position is responsible for providing technical solutions and solving problems for Swiftpage’s growing customer base through phone, email, and chat environments.

Key skills
- Excellent understanding of The Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent HTML skills
- Understanding of ACT! by Sage, Sage CRM SalesLogix a plus
- MySQL and Microsoft SQL understanding a plus
