Lanae Fehr, Director of HR, has over eighteen years of extensive experience in human resources primarily in the high-tech industry. Fehr began her career at Motorola and then proceeded to Johns Manville in the training and development area.
In 1990, she moved to Mammoth Micro Productions to implement and manage the human resource function for this start-up CD-ROM multimedia organization. Prior to Summit 5, she led the human resource efforts at MSHOW.com, an interactive broadcasting company.
